1. Who we are and the scope of this notice
This Privacy Policy applies to traddictiv.com (the “Site”), operated by TRADDICTIV PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 201818590H, with its registered address at 100D Pasir Panjang Rd. #05-03 Meissa, Singapore 118520 (“Traddictiv”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Traddictiv is responsible for deciding how personal data is used on this Site. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@traddictiv.com.
This notice applies to this Site. Other Traddictiv websites, stores, applications and services may provide separate notices because they offer different functionality and process different information.
2. Information we process
Website and device information
When you visit, our hosting, security, content-delivery and analytics services may process information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, link interactions, date and time, diagnostic information and cookie or consent identifiers. Google Analytics reports this information to us primarily in aggregate form. With consent, Microsoft Clarity may provide session recordings, heatmaps and interaction insights that help us identify usability problems.
Early-interest enquiries
If you submit the early-interest form, we process your name, work email address, optional company or project name, selected area of interest, the use case you describe and whether you would consider becoming an early design partner. The information is delivered by email to the Traddictiv team so that we can understand and respond to your request; it is not published.
For abuse prevention, the form briefly derives a pseudonymous rate-limit key from the requesting IP address. That temporary key expires after approximately one minute and the IP address is not stored with the enquiry by the form.
Information you send to us
If you contact us by email, we process the address, message and any other information you choose to provide so that we can respond and maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
Prospective business contacts
We may process limited professional or business information about prospective affiliates, educators, creators, publishers, industry professionals, complementary businesses and strategic or commercial partners. Information may come from publicly available professional websites, public social or business profiles, business directories, public company information, referrals, introductions or other legitimate business sources.
We use only information reasonably relevant to assessing business relevance, establishing or developing a professional relationship, inviting a person or organisation to discuss an affiliate or partner opportunity, managing that relationship and its correspondence, and preventing duplicate or inappropriate outreach. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for prospecting. Public availability does not remove our privacy obligations.
3. Why and on what basis we use information
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Operating, protecting and delivering the Site: our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure website, preventing abuse and diagnosing technical problems.
- Understanding Site usage: your consent where consent is required for analytics cookies or similar technologies; otherwise, our legitimate interests where permitted by law.
- Responding to early-interest and other enquiries: your request and consent, steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interests in answering and assessing genuine business enquiries.
- Professional and business relationship development: where permitted by law, our legitimate interests in identifying and assessing relevant business opportunities, contacting suitable professional or organisational prospects and managing those relationships; consent or another legal basis where required.
- Legal and compliance purposes: compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
We do not use this Site to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Automated and AI-assisted processing
We may use software automation, machine-learning systems and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to help operate and improve our business. On this Site, these systems may assist with classifying and routing early-interest and other enquiries; retrieving relevant technology, licensing or design-partnership information; preparing or delivering responses; identifying abuse, fraud or security concerns; analysing Site performance; preparing operational reports; supporting appropriate business-relationship and prospecting functions; and creating or adapting informational or marketing content.
For these purposes, the systems may process relevant website and device information, early-interest enquiry details and communications data described in this Privacy Policy. We seek to limit the information used to what is reasonably necessary for the task and apply appropriate access controls, retention settings and contractual, technical or organisational safeguards.
Automation and AI assistance used for business-relationship or prospecting functions is limited to the relevant purpose and does not have unrestricted authority to reuse information for unrelated purposes.
Routine rule-based actions—such as temporary abuse-prevention limits, enquiry routing or service acknowledgements—may occur automatically. Product purchases, client accounts and entitlement actions are handled through the separate TradeWithUFOs environment and are addressed in its privacy notice. If you believe an automated action affecting an enquiry is incorrect, you may contact us to request review.
We do not use these systems to access brokerage accounts, execute trades, determine whether an investment is suitable for you, or provide personalised investment recommendations. Please do not send us brokerage passwords, private keys, complete payment-card details or trade-execution instructions.
Where service providers assist with automation, workflow management, customer support, language processing or artificial intelligence, they may process the limited information required to provide those services on our behalf. International processing and transfers are handled as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
You may request human review of a response or automated handling of an enquiry by contacting support@traddictiv.com.
7. External websites and product environments
The Site links to TradeWithUFOs, supported trading platforms, help resources and other third-party websites. When you follow an external link, that website may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control its content, availability, checkout process, cookies or privacy practices. Product purchases, subscriptions and client accounts are handled in the environment identified on the relevant external page.
8. International transfers
Traddictiv is established in Singapore and our providers may process information in Singapore, the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps required by applicable law to ensure that the recipient provides an appropriate or comparable standard of protection, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
9. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to enquiries, Site security and improvement, relationship management, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Retention is assessed according to the nature of the information, the reason it was collected, provider settings, backup cycles and applicable legal requirements.
Prospecting information is reviewed and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed; it is not retained indefinitely merely because it was publicly available. We respect appropriate objections and requests not to receive further outreach. We may retain a minimal suppression record where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate or unwanted contact.
Early-interest and email correspondence is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed. Short-lived abuse-prevention rate limits expire automatically. Analytics data is retained according to the controls selected in our Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity properties. Backup copies rotate according to our backup schedule and may persist for a limited period after information is removed from the live Site.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, software maintenance, backups and security protections. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live and the law that applies. Subject to applicable limitations, these may include the right to:
- request access to and correction of personal data;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive certain data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Singapore residents may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission. Individuals in the EEA or United Kingdom may contact the supervisory authority where they live or work.
To exercise a right, email privacy@traddictiv.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect information from unauthorised disclosure.
11. Children
The Site is intended for a general adult audience interested in financial-market technology and education and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal data from children through this Site. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so that we can assess and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our providers, legal requirements or privacy practices. The current version will be published here with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site where appropriate.
